Do Not Recommend!!

I purchased the 24 Inch Double Drawer Beverage Fridge and unfortunately I am disappointed. The fridge looks nice, but both drawers are very hard to pull and do not glide smoothly as advertised. One drawer also arrived with a small dent. For the price I paid, I expected better quality.
I contacted customer service and provided photos and video. Instead of honoring their website’s 30-day hassle free return policy, they first offered me $50 to keep the defective fridge, then later 25%. They even suggested I could “gift it” if I didn’t want it. This is insulting and not an acceptable resolution.
They clearly do not honor the return policy advertised on their website, so there is nothing “hassle free” about it. I still have the packaging and am willing to return the fridge, but Kismile has not provided a fair option. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this product or the company.

Worst customer service ever DON' BUY THIS!!!!

We received the set of beverage drawers and installed them in our bar area. They were not cooling below 50'F so I called to see how to get them fixed. I had to send a video of the unit with a temperature gauge proving which I did. Then had three weeks of back and forth texts asking questions from the engineer in China. Then the said that they would offer me a 80% refund, I said I would like and need the beverage drawers they would not replace and would only give me 80% refund. So I'm out 20% and have drawers that don't work. Buyer beware of the horrible customer service!!

Works well and is very sleek looking.

This is strictly a freezer. The lowest temperature is 7°F. We use it inside at our wet bar. This unit replaced an old wine fridge. We elevated the feet to ensure air circulates below. We also let it sit unplugged for 24 hours before using. This was per instructions. It works extremely well. It is quiet and has a nice amount of space. It feels solid and well made. It is a great overflow for our refrigerator. We live in a condo. So this was a great and stylish way of having an overflow freezer versus an unattractive deep freezer.

Efficient fridge

This is no frills yet efficient unit. It is a bit louder than I expected and assumed there would be dividers but none came with it. They were not in the description or photos so my mistake. However it would better if it included them. Otherwise it is simple and works great.
