Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a return request.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website. For purchases made through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), the return policy of that marketplace will apply, and you should contact the marketplace directly. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with these terms. 

1. Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. This meets or exceeds common U.S. marketplace standards.

Some states may have longer statutory return periods for certain products. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable state laws, which shall control in the event of any conflict.

2. Contact Us Before Returning (Required)

 All return requests must be authorized by our customer support team before any item is sent back.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kismile.com with the following information:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos or videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or has a functional issue)

We will typically respond to your return request within 1-2 business days. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number for the return shipment. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded. 

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories included

The item must not show signs of misuse, modification, or physical damage

For installed appliances, the product must be safely uninstalled prior to return

Products returned with missing parts, damage caused by improper installation, or unauthorized modifications may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations are generally not eligible for return: 

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or installation not following the instructions

Products returned after the 30-day return window (unless required by law)

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In such cases, we may offer:

Other appropriate solutions

We may request photos or videos to help our technical team confirm the issue and provide the correct resolution.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

The timing of the credit appearing on your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by platform policy or applicable law. When returning items, you assume responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Kismile does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit.
