Return & Refund Policy
At Kismile.com we want you to love what you buy! But if you don't or if the item is unsuitable, we offer a simple "No Hassle Returns" policy. The product you return must be in new, unassembled and unused condition and in the original packaging. Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we kindly ask that you return your purchase the same way you received it to ensure a hassle free refund. We want every item to be a perfect compliment for your home. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery if you feel the item doesn't satisfy your home decor.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your Kismile account.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return, fill up the reason, then submit.
3. Print the return label and tape it on the outside of your return parcel.
4. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
5.Once we are received your refund request, we need 7 business days to process your refund application.
NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like and at your own cost, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.
*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.
How do I find the return label I generated?
Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “View” to download.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
